All the Way From Montana

Somehow, we came home with two new pets. Meet Thunder and Major. Two wild Montana frogs that have joined our chaos.

Summer Injuries - Some Self-Inflicted

Boys will be boys - bad boys, bad boys!  I should have known because it was quiet.  They were playing so nicely together!  They weren't bugging me, and they weren't fighting!  But, when they came upstairs, they had matching burns on their foreheads.  I asked them what happened and they started crying, "You'll be mad at us.  We can't tell you!"  And the most I got out of them was something to do with the treadmill.  At swimming lessons later that day, their swim instructor asked them what happened and Bodey told her, "It's top secret, you have to have a password to know."  REALLY?  They finally told Dusty that they took turns putting their foreheads on the treadmill belt while the other person pulled it as hard as they could.  And Bodey was brave stupid enough to do it twice.

For the 4th of July we headed out to the T-Bones game.  A friend of ours asked us if we would like to go and they had a suite for the night.  Sounded waaaaaaay better than being out in the 100+ degree weather.  There were 13 or more little kids running around, inside, then outside, then back inside, and back outside.  In the mix of all that, Booker ended up getting his toenail hit with the door and it pulled it all the way back.  I am about to puke as I type this.  I just can't stomach nails pulling back.  Woof.

It is healing.  The nail is still attached, but not by much.  I think soon we will clip as much as we can off, so it doesn't snag on anything.  Oh, about to puke again.  Not good.  Better stop talking about this!
